“The lamp-shade was stunning and was just what I was looking for classic but with a slight twist whilst understated to my room. What I was so impressed with was the customer service. I would go as far to say the best service received. Prior to purchasing the shade I was unsure of colour - Pooky kindly sent me samples of various fabrics I was considering which arrived the next day. From here I was still unsure - and the customer services team sent me photos of the various lampshades lit up so I could get a good idea of how they might look in person, helpfully suggesting other lampshades I had not necessarily considered. After purchase I changed my mind - emailed customer services who updated my order. Even with standard delivery the shade was received the next day. 5* customer and a 5* product. I now envisage only using Pooky as a one stop for lighting for my home.”
