“I received this lampshade damaged with creases in the card. I asked customer services if I could have a replacement. I was told this was out of stock and there weren’t going to be any more coming back in, so would I be interested in a partial refund. I said I would be open to it although unsure if I could get the creases out of the card. I have since chased twice (this was on Friday last week) and I have not heard anything back from the customer service team. Very disappointed.”
