“The mark of a good purchasing experience and company is excellent customer service. After unpacking I noticed a problem with the lampshade which is being rectified immediately - thank you Pooky. I have a larger shade in this colour as my ceiling shade; the smaller size is sitting on a console table with the Sundance lamp and it’s stunning. Great colour and catches the light beautifully.”
