“The shade is beautiful and very stylish, but two things to note. Firstly, top metal cone comes separately, so you can stick it on yourself (in case you dont wan it). When I stuck it on it doesn't go flush to the velvet, so has a rim. This means it finish isn't as good and looks a bit cheaper. I fed this back to the customer services team. Secondly, its very low so normal bulbs wont fit under it with my lamp. I'm looking for an extra short bulb to go underneath.”

Hi Clare- thank-you so much for your feedback regarding the brass 'hat'- It has been passed onto our production team so it definitely something we will look into improving. In regards to the bulb- you should find a Golf Ball bulb works a treat with this shade- it is slightly smaller so will nestle in nicely! I would suggest using an LED bulb though, as they do not give off heat in the same way that incandescent bulbs do. If you do have any questions, then please do get in touch with our Sales Team!
