“I find buying bulbs an absolute minefield and am always getting the wrong one! So to have the perfect bulb picked out for me and supplied with the lamp at a discount is brilliant. Also I am so impressed with Pooky's customer service and response to my query about the flickering bulb when dimmed. Not only did they take the time to respond and suggest why this was happening they also sent through a suggested dimmer switch to solve the issue. Amazing. Very happy customer.”

Thanks for your feedback! All of our bulbs are dimmable, unless stated otherwise. However, as they are LED you would need to ensure that your dimmer switch is LED compatible. If this isn't, then that may be why your bulb is flickering! We recommend the Varilight-Pro range of dimmers - ad please make sure you get the one that is compatible with LEDs. Thanks.....

“I am sure the bulbs are fine but I am sending them back. They are too large for my Picking lamp and small shade, sticking out above the top of the shade. I would have hoped that Pooky would have sent either the right size bulb or told me they were out of stock (which was the case).”
