Hi, Our filament bulbs do give off a lovely warm glow, but we can appreciate that is not to everyone's taste. We offer a 30 day returns period, if you did wish to return your bulb. If you would like more information you can contact our Customer Service team either by Phone on 02073513003 or via email hello@pooky.com - we are always very happy to help! Best wishes, Felicity
