This is the first time that we have heard about a problem with this bulb - it is possible that it was shaken up during its journey to reach you - but it might just have been a bad one in the batch. Whichever, it's annoying for you and we're sorry. If you send an email to "hello@pooky.com" then the customer service team will arrange a replacement or a refund, as you choose.
