“Ordered a pair of these but unfortunately one came faulty (kept blowing the fuses) - however pooky came to the rescue and sent out a replacement bulb free of charge asap.”

Thank you for your feedback. LED's are still rather hard to accurately describe for each customer exactly how they will see the colour temperature themselves. These are 2,200 Kelvins, which is detailed online, and this sits within what is described as "Warm White". It is on the slightly lower end of the "Warm White" category and therefore is closer to the yellow glow of the older incandescent bulbs. We will try and amend our description of this to include a slightly more detailed clarification other than the "soft glow" that we have at the moment. Best wishes, Daisy
