“Spectacular! I loved it but, alas, my husband says it overwhelms the room and can’t bear it… So, reluctantly, I had to return it and Pooky could not have been more helpful! Having filled out details on the Returns portal I realised the box would not fit into our vehicles ; on the phone it was all dealt with smoothly by Louwrie. I’m very impressed. 10/10.”
