“I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I placed an order during a promotion where a free gift was clearly advertised with qualifying purchases. Unfortunately, my order arrived without the promised gift.
What disappoints me the most is not the missing item itself, but the fact that the company did not honor the terms of its own promotion. As a customer, I expect advertised offers to be fulfilled. If a gift is unavailable, customers should be informed in advance rather than finding out only after receiving their order.
This experience has seriously affected my trust in the brand. I expected much better customer service and honesty from Polished London.”

Thank you for your review we are a little confused on how you can review a product that is designed to work over a period of time , you review was given after around 5 days we have to respect your feedback but we would of liked for you to use the product more than a few times as results do cary for everyone.
