“Item looks okay and seems to be of a good quality. But it does not fit the general ideal standard cistern, flush and pan.
The item description does not state outlet size, Ideal standard are commonly 2", but as it stated Ideal standard I assumed,obviously incorrectly it was the standard 2", not the common 1 1/2" which can be pretty much found at any local builders/DIY merchants. Do this does not fit a 2" outlet.
Up the game and put the actual size in the description. It's the main point to be identified when someone wants to order.”
