“My son had just received the keys for a new property which had Salus thermostatic valves installed on the heating system. However, he did not receive a cap to isolate the radiators so we purchased the valves with a cap supplied. Unfortunately, the cap supplied did not fit the existing valves so the valves are of no use to us unless we drain the system down and replace all the thermostatic rad valves.”
