I unfortunately received the pram with the bassinet stitching that had come apart, but the lovely lady at customer services had a new bassinet posted out the next day. Can’t fault the service. Very excited to give this to my daughter at Christmas.”

“Customer service poor ,the covering on the handle has a gap one side which I found disappointing it looks odd ,all they said was to pull it round , it will not move . They said they could not see there was a Problem with it .i would put a picture on if I could ,i am sure any one else buying one would not be happy disappointed for price not that good a quality”
