“I am very pleased with the Daisy Chain dolls pram and am sure our granddaughter will be super excited at Christmas. I have to say the service received was excellent, we realised when putting it together that one of the wheels were faulty and would not click into place, I immediately emailed the company and, even though it was past 5pm, a reply was received within a few minutes, an apology and promise of a replacement. The replacement arrived within 36 hours and all is now fine. I feel I have to name the employee , Kimberley, who dealt so efficiently with my query as she is a credit to the Company. Thank You”
“Hasn’t been opened yet as it is a Xmas present but the delivery is free next day delivery which is great and the Instagram account was really helpful showing information on the sizing of the different prams which helped me choose the right one for my 6 year old daughter.
