“I bought the wearable pump in August and I waited to post a review so I could provide better opinion.
This pump does the job it is meant to do, I cannot complain about it in that sense. There is a range of settings and intensity which meant I can pump 6-8 ounces at a time which is perfect for feeding my hungry baby. The 3 issues I've experienced over the past month and a half are as follows: 1) it leaks whilst you're pumping, I thought it was user error but I spoke to a mum from my NCT class and she had the same issue from her pump. 2) I can't bend down whilst pumping because I end up losing expressed milk from the spout at the top. I have to take it off to pick/pop my baby down when alone. 3) the battery life seems to be decreasing very rapidly. Before I used to get 4-5 days of pumps from it, now I'm charging it every other day and it's not even been 2 months since I've had it. My NCT mum has said she bought hers in June and is charging it every day after she has done a pump of each breast so I have low hope for that going forward. I looked into their warranty but it also states I would have to pay for postage and package to send the motor which I'm not too impressed about as it's not something I have done to it and seems to be a manufacturing issue...”
