“This was really helpful and informative training I have attended. I learnt how to deal with different type of behavior of customer. And not to use but. Asking relevant and open question to customer. To calm them down. And keeping the commitment if we promise any. Like callback. And handling different type of aggressive personal. Also parent child adult levels in conversation. How to make conversation go in flow. And offcourse Jon was really good at engaging in excercise. Thank you.”
