Review Poorly packaged and damaged on arrival, making it unusable. When returning company didn’t want pay for the return offered discount twice to keep product. I refused as This was of no use as the plastic lid was cracked significantly. I then had to chase for a refund. This is the second I’ve ordered from Phairs and second time goods have arrived damaged. Certainly won’t be placing any more orders with them.
