Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Ferry side itself seemed very rundown

“Kept us waiting for keys offered drink while we waited then charged us over £5 for a tea and a coffee. Garden not secure for dog lost him while unpacking the car property not very clean kitchen cupboards were in poor condition. No institution on how to use anything couldn’t get oven to work at first or heating. There was a note saying there was milk and a cake for us , but couldn’t find it? The property was very difficult to find even with directions drove up and down several times until we found it sign very overgrown it just spoilt the good things . Like comfortable beds and very quiet”
