“Jenny's Cottage was a lovely cosy place to stay for the hottest weekend in 2022, so far. Soft beds, comfy sofa and plenty of games and dvds so we could hunker down in the heat of the afternoon in the coolness of the cottage. The Ship Inn is a short walk across the green, and the food was excellent. Vegetarians please be warned the Chippy cooks everything, including vegetarian options in beef fat. The milk and biscuits were a lovely welcome after our 9 hour journey.”
