“I'll start with the good... the property is nice, and location good... but that's where our positive experience ended. When we arrived, we discovered that the property had not been properly cleaned. The linen on the bunk beds had not been changed... there was a half-eaten biscuit in one and a part-eaten pepperami in the other. We also discovered dog hairs on the beds upstairs and the duvet on the single bed had no cover at all! Moving downstairs, we discovered a pair of boys underwear under the downstairs bed. Adding to all this, the downstairs bathroom had no shower curtain and even the gas tank for the BBQ was empty. We made several attempts to contact the owners, but they had call-screening set up and all we could do was leave messages - NONE were replied to. We also tried calling the phone number in the 'welcome binder' for the Maintenance/Cleaner - only to be told "we don't do this property anymore". Trying to contact the booking agents was also a futile attempt. Despite several e.mails and voice messages, NO ONE from Pets Pyjamas bothered to get back to us. In the end we had to purchase bed linen, a shower curtain and also refill the BBQ gas... We will NOT be going back, nor will we be using your agency again. This has been hands-down the worst experience we have had in our 6+ years of holidaying in Norfolk...”
