Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? yes

“On arrival at the end of November we were pleased to find the cottage nice and warm, at least downstairs. However, on opening the door to go upstairs we were met with an icy blast, you can see daylight all around the front door! The bathroom heated towel rail was hot at the bottom, but the rest was cold, surely someone could bleed it? The only way to keep the house warm was leave all the interior doors open. The shower is tiny. Not sure what the cleaner actually did before we arrived, but there was a thick layer of soot on the fire hearth, which the dog partly laid in, and he's now a stripey blond labrador! We vacuumed the carpet and it was covered in red hair, human or canine I'm not sure.”
