Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Overall, very good. Garden table (seats rotting) not great , I think it is due for replacement, which is necessary. A larger coffee pot would be welcome! Minor points, neither of which interfered with our very pleasant stay, simply notes for housekeepin

“Great charm, small and comfortable. Ideal for us with our small dog. Very friendly welcome, and a cream tea and essentials all ready for us which was so thoughtful. An ideal base to explore this part of Cornwall. Close to much larger barn conversion which - to our great delight - was full of young singers who on one night gave all living/staying on the estate an impromtu concert in a small walled garden. A magical experience.”
