“Hotel itself was nice, breakfast was good - plenty of options. Dinner was nice too. Let down was that weren’t given one of the courtyard rooms to accommodate having a dog with us. We made do with using the lift but on the confirmation email it had said we’d be given one of the courtyard rooms. In addition, the hotel field isn’t directly at the back of hotel. It’s half way down a dirt track. Hotel could’ve done a bit more with accommodating dogs (ie. leaving treats or water bowl by the hotel entrance which leads to the bar) and some staff made my dog feel welcome.”

“Great, ground floor room with easy access to outdoor space. Fridge in room was very handy for dog food and to store insulin as our dog is diabetic.It was a very comfortable stay for canines and humans alike.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Really accommodating staff, spacious room, great food and an overall lovely stay. Shame there was no mention of an enclosed field for our dog to enjoy.

“Stayed here for one night with our dog. The room was clean nicely furnished. Basic tea coffee facilities. Breakfast was good buffet style. We ate in the bar area which was pleasant quiet. I have stayed in pets previousl hotel with pajamas where my dog was made to feel very welcome. Didnt really get this at this hotel.”

“We had two rooms and two dogs and could not have been made more welcome. The rooms were spacious and there was air conditioning and the window also opened hurrah. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good especially the ice cream and sorbet! Our tv did not work and was quickly replaced with new one which was not essential for us but nice they have the capability to do that.”

“Staff are friendly and attentive to needs for humans and dogs. Plenty of space to allow dogs to do their business. Room was quiet and air con was a godsend.”
