“Hotel was lovely but we were with friends who booked not through pets pyjamas and they didn’t experience all the service charges that were added onto our bills We had 15% added on to our breakfast bill + a donation to charity and we had 7% of the daily rate added onto our hotel bill - is this to do with booking through pets pyjamas as nobody else had these added?”
