Did you feel your stay was good value for money? yes

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Unfortunately my dog passed away recently so was unable to comment on that, although the welcome we received I’m sure she would of been treated well

“The hotel was very clean and modern, breakfast was perfect, staff were lovely and very helpful. Our only issue was we were on top floor 52 stairs no lift so husband struggled with stairs. Also very deep bath which I struggled with as have had hip replacement so a shower would of been preferred. Had a great time very well situated to station.”

“The hotel rooms are very bare bones and lacking in space, but location is good, especially if you’re going to a show at one of the Apollo theatres. There is not a lot of green space nearby. The closest public garden open for morning/night time dog walks is about 15 min away by Buckingham Palace.”

“The staff are very friendly and the location of the property was perfect. Our only issues were our room could do with a bit of refurb and there were "curly" hairs in the bath which was off putting to say the least! I would add though that everyone has a bad day and unfortunately our cleaner must have had one when readying our room!”
