“This is an amazing place. Highly recommended for all occasions from a walking weekend to a wedding. Dogs are very well catered for and the staff are lovely. Exquisite food in exceptional surroundings.”

“We found the grounds rather lovely to enjoy and explore with our Border Collie Mac. For us there were too many hotel no go areas. The room we had felt like something from the 1980s ! The furniture was firewood. The service in the restaurant was very slow with only the breakfast worth staying for. We won’t be back.”

“Excellent hotel..... Made Archie our Lab/Retriever very welcome. Only downside was we had to keep requesting (3 times) for a bed for him. In the end we went to reception and was passed one at 10pm! Then it wasn’t big enough. Good job I took a flat bed with me that we use in the car for long distance travelling.”
