“They really do welcome dogs. We were allowed to dine with our 2 dogs. The food is exceptional. Taste and presentation excellent. The staff really are simply the best-so polite and helpful. We plan to return. We received a wonderful welcome from the receptionist Susan and she even kept us dry in the rain when loading our car by holding an umbrella for us. Truly we are so pleased we found this gem of a place.”

“The Acorn Inn was tremendous. Not only did it have awesome food for humans but our cocker Holly was spoiled too. The service was brilliant - from reception to bar to restaurant. Dogs are allowed in all the eating areas and the village is wonderfully quiet for dog walks. Lots to do nearby and Lulworth Cove is not that far away. Would definitely recommend.”

“This was a very pet friendly inn in a lovely 16th century village the fact that teddie could have is breakfast and evening meal with us was like home from home would highly recommend the acorn inn to all pet lovers”
