“We were expecting to have a 'dog standard' room, but room was of a really high quality and very clean. It also was on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, so the late night toilet stop was very convenient. Dog was made to feel immediately like a star guest by the staff so we were really happy. Only downside, no doggie gift bag, and some of the the details like late checkout and three course meal weren't relayed to the hotel. However, hotel checked and quickly resolved. But, it didn't feel like a particularly streamlined process.”

“Our stay was Pawfect as you so kindly put it , the accommodation was very relaxed and everyone extremely friendly. There was great activities around our accommodation which made the days extra special. Would highly recommend it all thanks for an amazing Easter weekend”

“Had such a lovely stay at this hotel with our dog Zemo. While the dog friendly rooms are a little outdated, they're still clean and comfortable and love how the patio rooms open out onto a little garden. Dogs are very welcome and loved here. Food was tasty and service was super friendly. Would recommend to any pet parents!”

“This hotel is a perfect location for Box Hill & close to Dorking Town. We arrived around tea time the Manager had no idea we booked with Petspyjamas! We were shown to our room. The Dog rooms are up a lot of steps or you can go on the grass to the outside of the room which we used a lot. Adam who was our waiter was very friendly & professional. Amelia was also very friendly & always happy to help with anything we wanted - the food was very tasty & well presented, breakfast was buffet style with ample food the lady with the bob style hair was friendly & again very helpful. Our doggies loved the sausages in a bowel each morning! The room was nice with a comfortable bed. The hotel was ram well with a very relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely return again.”

“The staff will accomadate to all needs and for your pets never forgotten. Had a stocking xmas eve with pressies. With all the pampering who wants to stay at home”
