“The hotel was lovely and the staff were super friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about locality. The food was very good and the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was low key and friendly. The only downside was the size of our bedroom, it was extremely small. The king size bed (very comfortable) almost filled the room, with just enough room left to walk around it. We had a dog and as soon as you came in through the door the only place for her was on the bed! If we put her bed down we couldn't walk around our bed!”

“Stayed with wife and dog for 2 nights across 30th and 31st December. Lovely place. Food was good, staff were excellent, great range at the bar. Rooms really nicely decorated and a short walk from hotel to centre of town. Will definitely recommend to others.”
