Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? No

Did you feel your stay was good value for money? No

“Lovely place to stay once we actually found it on the site, there wasn't anyone around to ask for help and was dark at the point of check in so we spent about 30 -45 mins parking and walking around to find out where we were staying, would like to mention that the car park is a littlr walk away from where you actually stay so a few trips back and forth to carry cases in, no trolleys to load up. Fence around the caravan was safe for the dog not to escape one area out side isn't fenced off. Very spacious with plenty of room, would have like some guide on how to use some of the electrical equipment and also how to turn the heating on would have been good. Weren't to keen on the real plants, some dead around the livingroom and kitchen area. We had a bit of a un welcome surprise on our arrival if someone could contact me to discuss.”
