“Two days prior to departure I was requested by the hotel to contact them urgently . I did, only to learn that our booking and therefore our holiday could not be honoured. There was a payment problem between yourselves , Pets Pyjamas and the hotel . The hotel were charming , polite and extremely apologetic . Pets Pyjamas, after several phone calls of left messages and an email , eventually picked up my call and were apparently unaware of the situation. It would be investigated. Eventually a return call from a concerned gentleman who had been in contact with the directors said the holiday could go ahead the problem had been sorted . Now I receive this request asking how our holiday was, the first time I have heard from PP after all that anxiety . South Sands hotel was outstanding, wonderful staff, fabulous location ,delicious food best ever breakfasts, perfect place to be with our dog to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary. It will be interesting to see if I have any response or form of apology from PP now!”

“It's was great to stay in a hotel that catered so well for dogs. Being able to have the dogs with you in the dining room was really helpful and worked. The little touches like the doggie towels were very useful especially when cleaning the dogs after they had been in the sea. It was also nice to talk with other dog owning guests. The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating we will definitely come back to this hotel”
