“Unfortunately we never got the chance to stay at rock cottage as, for the second time this year, our booking wasn't made and pets pajamas had to find us an alternative accommodation for our 2week stay. Ramblers rest on Birchers common, the alternative accommodation, was lovely and we enjoyed our stay there very much. I would suggest going forward pets pajamas confirm all their customers bookings with the accommodation owners once the booking is made, as having to change your plans at the last minute and take accommodation that may not be in the area you wanted, it is also costing pets pajamas a lot of money in paying the extra cost of the replacement accommodation. I think they have paid out around £1200 for our two replacement bookings this year. I doubt we will book with pets pajamas again.”
