“We booked The Cottage expecting to have a garden patio for our dogs to explore - there was none. We had to clean because it was so dirty, bathroom had mould and there was hair on the sofa. Within half an hour of arriving, two strangers let themselves in with a key as they were looking around the property, I assume it was on the market. Despite sending through photos, the owner's response was that it was clean when they went round after we had left! Funny that! We only booked this place as we assumed the standards with this company would be top notch - they weren't! Not happy with the accommodation and the non- resolution to our complaint.”
