Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? yes

Did you feel your stay was good value for money? yes

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? It was not as good as prior pets pyjamas breaks we have had before. The food was good and staff friendly but didn’t really seem to be aware of the pet pyjama aspect!

“The hotel was as expected and staff very pleasant. However, albeit dog friendly we did not receive the pets pyjamas service ie no gifts etc and had to ask for water bowl. As we understood. A three course dinner was included in our deal, however the night we stayed the hotel was only offering a curry meal. I feel we should of been made aware of this, prior to us booking.”
