“Our festive visit over Christmas was superb . Truly dog and friendly and welcoming for all. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The room overlooking the beach front was spacious and comfortable. Very clean . Molly had a great time opening her Pets PYjamas grift collection. Xxxxxwhoof whoof thanks.”

“Hotel very clean and well appointed. Comfortable room. Very easy to access. I have an old arthritic dog who has a pushchair. Only negative comment with buffet breakfast food not very hot.”

“Under staffed. New staff which need to be trained more. Waited a long time to b served at bar. Coffee machine was not very hot. Restaurant food is limited Disability toilet always blocked with chairs and screen. Food was well cooked waiting staff friendly”

“Everything about our stay was great. We stayed in a room with a sea view and we weren't disappointed. The weather was pretty dismal, but sitting in the room gazing out at the waves crashing when it was too wet to go outside more than made up for it. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size. We had our two dogs with us and there was a treat bag for them on arrival. My partner really appreciated having a coffee machine and coffee pods for a decent cup of coffee in the room. The staff cleaning and sorting the rooms were all helpful and friendly. We were offered extra towels to dry our dogs off with, which would have been very welcome if we hadn't brought our own. The range of breakfast items was excellent - fruits, breads, pastries, cheese and meats, cereals, as well as cooked breakfast items. It was self-service but you could order extra things. We asked if they had vegetarian sausages and hash browns, and they did. We would definitely stay here again.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Car parking expensive and not guaranteed

“A very friendly and welcoming hotel with lots of dogs! Lovely comfortable rooms and all staff most helpful and friendly. The only poor comment is the organisation in the kitchen. So many items not available because they’d run out. No fish no canalloni etc at dinner and no yogurt or winter fruit at breakfast etc. which was badly communicated to the restaurant staff”
