“We have just returned from a lovely four-day break in this lovely, comfortable, warm and cosy Oast House. The premises has everything required for a quiet self-catering break. It was lovely and warm, with a good quality bed and bedding, well-appointed bathrooms and a comfortable sofa to watch a decent-sized TV on (which is not often the case). Off-street parking was a bonus being within easy walking distance of the beautiful town of Saffron Walden with its wide range of independent shops and cafes. The welcome package was certainly very welcome and there were even treats for our two dogs. If we are ever in the area again, this is where we would stay.”
