Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Families at moonfleet seemed better catered for especially at mealtimes.
Gorgeous location & view from our balcony. Staff very helpful but dinner menu could have had more variety, same choices every night!! Also only 1 or 2 normal tables to eat at with a dog, others low & not good for having meals!

Very friendly and professional staff- and extremely dog friendly- in fact all the staff knew our dog’s name after the first day.! Well appointed rooms and great facilities - with a lovely spa. Only slight problem was the poor WiFi but the rural position of the hotel more than made up for it. We will be back.

Lovely hotel, great location, very good staff - food very disappointing. Menu good, although expensive, but cooking just not up to it.

Well over priced tired hotel. Our large double was in the roof space, dark, no dressing table to sit at, windows locked and room smelt musty when entered. Furniture very shabby chic and bed hard. Pool closed at 5.00pm. Staff not friendly and understaffed. Evening meal was very poor and expensive. Dinning room is basic. BUT it is in a beautiful location, breakfast was plentiful (but cold), they are dog friendly and the pillows were plump and no doubt if you had children, the play facilities would be enjoyed. Would not recommend.
