“The actual house and residential area was beautiful. Couldn’t find it at first as postcode seemed incorrect and only found it by going onto another site! Very poor. When we called the girl didn’t seem to know much either and said hoped we found it!!! Check in and out times were wrong way round and caused an issue checking out as they told me 4pm and it was 10am and we’re had gone out so last hour was very rushed.”
