“Damp on walls in room. No tea/coffee facilities No customer service. No staff to complain to No tv. No breakfast menu. No choice of breakfast No warm welcome. Horrendous!!!!!! Waterfall of water hitting our window all night long from either Broken guttering or waste pipe ? Total lack of sleep because of this. Absolutely disgusting!!!”
