“Lovely dog friendly hotel. Clean comfortable room. Lovely shower room. Dog friendly area for breakfast. Booked through pets pyjamas. Rang through to book car parking spot and was told we still needed to pay for dog. Told them we had paid in full through pets pyjamas. We were told they would put a note on booking about this. Arrived to check in and was told we needed to pay for the whole booking?? Sorted eventually but a little dis jointed between the booking site and hotel. Would have been nice for it all to be sorted through the booking site as promised. Would book direct next time to avoid the hassle.”
