Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Quite expensive to say and a disappointment for husband birthday treat

“Unfortunately not for us. Couldn’t check in until 3 which is fine, left our bags at the hotel! Receptionist clearly wrote room number on our bag. Came back to collect key went to the room no bags!! Receptionist advised that someone had dropped it off but wrong room, my pets bag wasn’t with our bag that was just left behind desk! In the room dogs bowl was dirty not even washed. Room was cold, bath tub was dirty! In the morning we had breakfast in a separate room because we had a dog! Felt very lonely no atmosphere ant again very cold in that room. Felt very excluded. Shoved in in the corner of the hotel because we had a dog! Wasn’t that dog friendly tbh. Disappointing!”
