“Staff couldn't do enough , when I said I had COPD they immediately found us a room on the first floor rather than the second floor they had allocated.”

“We have stayed here before without our dog. Dogs are allowed but not welcomed, they are not allowed to be left alone making dining a challenge if the weather isn’t good. Rooms were tiny so a bit of a squeeze with the dog. The hotel is in dire need of painting and decorating as looking very neglected in places. Reasonable grounds to walk the dog, outside pool was open. Lots of family games like ping pong, badminton and croquet. There are no lifts which was an issue for us.”

“I was disappointed with my stay. Hotel needs updating and it would be helpful to have a part of the restaurant allocated to guests with dogs. My room was stuffy and small, but the cleaning service was excellent. Staff seemed occasionally officious and there were lots of rules to follow. I probably will not go back.”
