“A delightful stay! There was nothing that we could criticise! As soon as we arrived, both ourselves and our little pooches (miniature dachshunds) were made welcome and our bedroom was kitted out with two comfortable dog beds, tennis balls, water and food bowls and towels. From a human perspective, the room was fine and had everything we needed. During the evening, we admired the menu choice at supper but chose the burger, which was home made and very tasty. This was followed by a Scottish tablet sweet course, which was also delicious. Breakfast on the following morning was also excellent and I had the English breakfast and my wife had the eggs benedict. These were both excellent as was the remainder of the breakfast with fresh coffee etc. An excellent stay and we shall look forward to the next time, thank you!”

“I would throughly recommend a stay at the Cricketers you & your dog will be spoilt! We had a very warm welcome upon arriving at the cricketers very quick check in then taken to our room which was very spacious & our dog had her own bed, towel, bowls as well as treats & a tennis ball. Every member of staff was very friendly especially Gail who was doing the breakfast shift she spoilt our dog but also advised us of lovely places to visit whilst we were in the area. Food was amazing & we’ll definitely be back”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I’d recommend but ask about the room situation

“Very helpful pleasant staff, willing to assist with any issues Spacious room and bathroom, but the ground floor room in the pavilion was poorly sound proofed, and very noisy when upstairs guests were present.”
