Did you feel your stay was good value for money? no

“Not 4 star luxury tired and dated. Room was not serviced and bathroom mouldy. We had to request for it to be cleaned and serviced. Left for half an hour in bar area before anyone took any interest in our order. Ruined my 60th Birthday”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Only constructive criticism would be that a dog water bowl in the room would be nice

“We really enjoyed our five nights day at Lakeside Hotel. We had a room on the ground floor with its own small contained garden outside which our dog could go directly into, which was super helpful especially when coming back from muddy walks.”
