Difficult to choose a rating...3 stars because we got to the hotel to check in and there was no record of our booking, luckily the hotel had somewhere to put us - so instead of the room for 5 that I booked, my family was separated into 2 rooms, not ideal. I don't know what happened, but communication obviously failed between Petspyjams and the hotel. That being said, the hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms and awesome breakfast!! Would book there again...but probably go through the hotel directly next time!

Easy to find and the staff were so friendly. Such a pretty yet practical room and such a brilliant location. Close to everything but not too close to the noisy end. Weymouth has 2 dog friendly beach areas, both in easy reach. Breakfast was scrummy and as the dogs were a bit of a worry for us, we took it back to our room so they weren't stressy. We also used the restaurant for dinner and again, excellent quality, plenty of choice and very reasonable too. Will use again, with or without the pups.

Definitely not a £175 per night hotel. The room was tiny, especially with a big dog. Shower took forever to get hot and very under powered. The room had enough cloths storage for 3 items, the carpet and sofa were dirty and damaged and don't start me on the parking...shambles. we tried the restaurant the first evening, let's just say only the once. Lastly, under the guise of "covid" (in mid 2023) you have to request to have your room cleaned or they don't bother.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, the room was clean and comfortable, good choice for breakfast and lovely evening food available to order. Yoko was allowed to join us for meals in the 'forpaws' seating area and was spoilt by the staff

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? would not stay there again due to the charge for parking and worn out mattress
room a bit tired, the mattress needs changing, and a bit disappointed we had to pay £40 to park in the hotel car park. staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel was very good
