“Excellent location. Handy free car park. Attractive good quality furnishing throughout the property. Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff. Good food, although the menu is a little limited if staying for more than a few days. However, this is the safest and most pleasant place to eat in Boston. We had our dog with us and so we were restricted to eating in the bar. We have no complaints about that, we actually preferred it as the bar has a warm friendly atmosphere from breakfast to bedtime. Our room was also pleasant with a comfortable bed and superb bathroom. The only critisism is the musty smell.”

“Our pet-friendly room was decorated very beautifully (and I am hard to please!!), and full of little touches and handwritten notes making us, and our dog, feel very welcome. We had an evening meal there with exceptional service from the waiters, and food came quickly, of a good standard. Less thrilled at breakfast the next morning (although service was still very good) - as we had brought our dog we were placed in a separate building and were sat alone for a while until it filled up with brunch customers, but I found this really off-putting and a bit like we were being shunned from breakfast! It was also quite a mission to go back and forth through the buildings to the main breakfast area to get your buffet items, particularly when the full English arrives and you realise the toaster is way back in the other room! Although if you have several loud dogs and prefer to be on your own I would imagine it might be quite a relief to know that you aren't disturbing anyone! Well situated hotel, very easy to park.”

“We were made very welcome and Daisy, our English Springer was made especially welcome. A really nice hotel with a good feel about it. Staff were helpful, efficient and friendly which in my opinion make or break a hotel. Well done White Hart and well done Coaching Inns Group”
