Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? A small point. Before you arrive, be sure you have the access code to obtain the keys. PP need to send this to you. Also, you have your own access but parking is on the street and it is fairly narrow. We had no problem though.

“Excellent location for doggie walks. Treats and pooh bags on arrival and starter pack of milk and eggs.Everything very clean and high spec, with an excellent instructions folder. Underfloor heating toasty warm. Good, big tv and comfy sofa for watching it. The bed was ace, roomy and soft. A couple of queries were answered promptly by the lovely owners. It was just as well it was comfy as the Devon weather let us down. Ideal location for Otterton and Exmouth beaches.”
