Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? no

“Although the place has supposedly been refurbed (according to another owner), it was very disappointing. On arrival we found the floor hadn't been properly swept or cleaned, my wife took her shoes off, (as did I because it's what we always do when arriving in holiday accommodation) after we'd arrived and only walked into the 2 bedrooms and her feet were filthy. There were no brooms to sweep the floors, just a couple of old mops thrust under the bed, there were big gaps between the splashbacks & worktops. Toaster wasn't fit for purpose, you couldn't actually fit a slice of bread in it without cutting something off the bread. Instructions to strip the beds before departure and put all linen in the shower room (which we did) only to find what looked like coffee stains on the actual duvet. Windows were filthy and covered in cobwebs and the grounds were very poorly maintained. Would give this a miss if I were to be down this way in future.”
