Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I would go back if I knew things had improved. It is convenient for people going on cruises from Southampton

“Hotel is a well planned building If you go with a dog and are allocated a dog friendly ground floor room be prepared not to be impressed. Room was small very dark and had no carpet. Not very clean and had not been redecorated for ages. We were not staying in that room dog or not. Eventually the manager came and I told him our dog is a therapy dog. He showed us to another improved room on the same floor with carpet. We settled for tha at no extra charge Not sure he would have moved us if she was not a therapy dog% she is very quiet and visits old age homes. Restaurant was nice but floor was sticky and not cleaned enough This hotel could be. Very much better with better management”
