Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? Yes

Did you feel your stay was good value for money? No

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I think your website needs to be updated especially, what's in store for the dogs. We received nothing, there was just 2 bowls and bed in the bedroom and that was it. I could have booked somewhere else more luxurious and dog friendly. I'm trying to upload images but it won't let me submit.

“I thought room (202) was over priced for £350 per night, and not even a Nespresso machine. It was bare and not as luxurious as the photos or downstairs bar area. It seems the money has been spent on the bar and communal areas, but not the bedrooms. The staff/service cocktails were great. Couldn't fault it, apart from being disappointed with our room. You also mention you give treat bags, but when I spoke to the manager, she said they haven't been sent any since she has been there. The bedroom was so sparce, it will like a premier inn, especially the tea & coffee (nothing special), hanging space was an alcove, (premier inn). Even the complimentary shampoos smelt old. I thought it was going to be The White Company toiletries, but not. Would stay in the area,but not the hotel. Have fedback to them also.”

“The hotel is in a lovely are, very well decorated & rooms are lovely It is very dog friendly & we were made to feel very welcome Bar & restaurant very nice & we will stay again”
